We are Lecex and have been in international business for over 30 years. Here we present our code of ethics and conduct, to introduce to those involved in our processes, how we base our ethics, conduct, and compliance in our daily work.

We work with export and import for more than 30 years. We conduct shipments from the country of origin to the final destination worldwide. We carry out our processes respecting: our values, excellence in processes, and teamwork, at all times. These are the foundations of our work environment, the people who are part of i t, our relationships with partners, and especially with our clients.

Policies


A) Compliance, anti-corruption, and bribery, we follow the guidelines defined by our values to comply with and enforce the values based on and regulated in this code. To avoid, detect and treat any deviations or contradictions to the values described therein.

B) Improper payments, we reject any and all payments that are not part of the negotiations in the standard and legitimate form of the company and supported by law.

C) Intimidation, no form of intimidation is accepted, whether verbal or physical;

D) Harassment, no form of sexual, verbal, or psychological harassment is tolerated;

E) Discrimination, no form of discrimination, whether by gender, race or creed are tolerated;
